How does the AI deck builder work?
Describe the deck you want to play. Tutor’s AI plans the deck’s roles (ramp, card draw, removal, threats, lands), searches every card for the best options, picks the list, and checks it against the format’s rules before showing it to you.
Are the decks legal?
Every deck is checked in code for deck size, copy limits, restricted cards, commander color identity and format legality. If something’s off, the builder fixes it before you see the list.
Can I change the deck after it’s built?
Yes. Ask for changes in plain English (“make it cheaper”, “more removal”, “lower the curve”), lock the cards you want to keep, or ask for a replacement for any single card. Every revision is kept as a version.
Can I save and share decks?
Sign in with Google to save decks and cards. Make any deck public to get a shareable link, and copy the list straight into MTG Arena, Moxfield or Archidekt.
Can it build budget decks?
Yes. Mention a budget (“under $50”) and the builder uses card prices to stay within it. Each deck shows its approximate total price.
Which formats are supported?
